Parameters from set

Extracts the parameter table from a Set variable. One use case where this is useful is when you create a set in an external program and use the parameter table as a place to store a lot of meta data for the main object type. You want to do some statistics or graphing of the parameter table, but to do that it needs to be extracted into a Table object.
