I would like to draw the Y axis of a graph without showing the y numbers’ labels however I would like to show the tick marks on the axis. Is this currently possible? I am trying to do this but no luck. If it is not possible please consider adding it to a future version.

If you also do not have an axis label, you can experiment with the “Space for x” or “Space for y” field setting it to “Exactly…” and set the value to a negative value so that the tick mark values are plotted just outside the visible field. A bit hackish but you might like it.

Another option is to hide the default axis on the Axis settings by unchecking ‘Draw y numbers’.
Then select Command > Add Extra Axis. This will add an Extra Axis command, which has more customization options, including the Drawing Style. See the example below.
