force origin to center

Is there a way to force a polar plot to have the origin stay in the center of the graph. I am working on a graph with data that is biased to one quadrant, and I would like to have the origin kept in the middle of the graph so that the bias is easily understood. In this figure (0,0) is at the center of the red and blue circles.

Add a variable with the maximum radius from the center. Here is an example using a Number from column variable.
Here are the Axis settings:
Here is an example image where a Region command is used to draw the circle and two Extra axis commands are added for the x and y axis at the center.
