X Axis as Text instead of Numbers

I am trying to plot a group of 5 medians.  I have two columns one text and the other numerical where the medians are.  Is there a way for the X axis points to use the text column labels instead of 1-5 going across the X axis?

You can specify a labels for the axis using the Axis settings.

(Note: if you have the entire data set, you can use the Box command or Pivot command to calculate the medians.)
