Link to URL/File issues

I’m having trouble getting Link to URL/File to work correctly.  The SCATTER PLOT WITH LABELS online example is a good example of this.  When I open it, the data fails to load.

I’ve also had issues when using files stored locally on my hard drive.  It’s always been spotty, but in the past I was able to get the data to load by re-selecting the file and then hitting the refresh button.  However, lately this hasn’t worked for either my local files or the online example.

Is this a bug?  Or could it be something about my system?  Are others having this issue?

We have had other users with this problem.

Please try using the Beta version.  This should fix this problem.
