        You can create them by layering Pie commands.

        We posted an example on-line that creates a similar one to this:

        Here is what we made in DataGraph:

        The exact method will depend on the format of the data.  This could also be created more dynamically by even binning the raw meteorological data so you could have control over the bin size.

        If you have a dataset to suggest for a template, let us know.

        Or any suggestions on the file we uploaded ( Files > Online examples ).

          Looking more closely at the link you sent.  Are you hoping to draw wind roses using the same data set they cite? It could be interesting to make a DataGraph file that connects to this data and has similar options.
