App Store Update Error

This morning I attempted to install the App store update for DataGraph.  When I attempted to open the updated program – I got an error message

“DataGraph.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. Delete “DataGraph.app” and download it again from the App Store.

I did delete and download again.  Same message.  I deleted, cleared the library of a couple of DataGraph associated directories and rebooted the computer.  Downloaded again and still have the error message.  Any suggestions about what to do next.  I am in the middle of completing some reports and DataGraph is an important part of the process.

Charles – Unfortunately, this is a known issue with 4.7. We are posting announcements on this thread.

If you have not completed a trial before you can download from our site to get a trial version working now.  Or email us help@visualdatatools.com with your serial number and we can get you up and running until 4.7.1 is out.

Just got a notification from the Mac App Store that 4.7.1 was approved and should be available  very soon.  It can take a little bit of time to propagate through the system.  This should fix things, since the issue was truly simple.  4.7 is very stable, and has a lot of new features.
