DataGraph version 4.7 was released on the App Store last night. We have had some reports of problems with the version not being verified properly, and reloading does not fix the problem. We have corrected an issue with the verification mechanism and submitted a new version to Apple that will be 4.71.

We hope that will be out soon for any App Store users having this issue. Email us if you are having trouble accessing the program. (help@visualdatatools.com).

This is the problem we are correcting. We have version 4.71 in review with Apple now and hope to resolved ASAP.

For any Apple user that is stuck now, email help@visualdatatools.com. We can get your computer up and running temporarily with the version on our website. When version 4.7.1 is released on the App Store (hopefully later today) this should be resolved by downloading that version.

Version 4.7.1 has been approved and will propagate through the system. It is not yet showing up here in Chapel Hill, but might be in other locations.
