user templates disappeared

      As you can see in the first image, when I try to create a new graph from a user template, the list of my saved templates is not displayed.

      In fact, the files are present (see other images) even if I have organized them in such a way that they can be accessed from different computers by placing them in a shared folder while an alias of this folder has been placed in the “Application Suport / DataGraph / Templates”  directory.

        We are checking into this.

        By any chance do you have both a macApp store version and the beta version on your computer?

          We did some testing and this is an issue with the macApp store version.  All software on the macApp store must be sandboxed, which restricts access the app has to portions of the computer drive.

          This is why a folder in the location works OK, but a folder that is a link to another location does not.  DataGraph does not have permission to “see” what is in that location.
