Switch another line within the cell of the datasheet

I typed some text lines in the cells of the data area. When the line is too long, and I want to restart the rest in the second line in the same cell. Can I make it?

You can type in a carriage return (control + return) and that will bring you down to a new line to continue typing, but the row width will not expand to show you what you wrote on the second line. as far as I know, you will need to arrow through the text to see or edit your second line. If I am wrong about this, I would be happy to find out how to accomplish this…

Jordan that was good advice! There is not another way to do this now. We have been thinking about adding a hover functionality to the data table that would show longer fields.
