      Hello,

I have a dataset with the following Grouping and Columns:

Is there a way to combine all the groups, stack the rows, so there’s only one group with all data in only the three columns, X, Y, and Temp?

You first have to nest all the groups into one higher level group.  Then that action is available from the outermost group’s gear menu.  Please see the demo here under the Append Subgroups section:

        Is this what you needed?

Yes, that’s it however I’m unable to process the data further in the way that I wanted. I’ll have to think about what I’m trying to achieve and the method that makes the most sense.

i.e. Each group has individual replicate data that would need to be plot and fit to get a value and error (Pivot). I’d then extract out a variable from each fit and replot those values against the dependent variable that makes each group.

Worst case, and it’s not all that bad, I will use the command line with DG.

If you like, feel free to email the file and we can take a look.  This should all be doable in DataGraph without having to use the command line.  (Help > Ask a question via email)
