Remove the S/No of a registered machine

I have the serial no. of an iMac included as one of the three registered machines linked to my account, although this machine has now been re-formatted ready for sale. Regrettably I forgot to unregister it from DataGraph before re-formatting.

How can I remove it’s serial no. from the list?

Please send a message to our help email to with the serial number to remove. Use help at visualdatatools dot com. You can also go to the Help menu within DataGraph to generate the email. Select “Help > Ask question via e-mail”.
