Registering DataGraph on a New Machine

      Hi there,

      I could not find a Customer Service channel so I tried the accounts@visualdatatools.com to ask for help, and have not get any.  My problem persists so I am now using the technical support service channel to share my problem and hopefully to get some help.

      I recently extended my license but I can not register DataGraph in my machine. I get a message that says “there is no license left for my account.”  Please tell me what I need to do to be able to start making charts.

        Hello – We reset your account from a prior machine so now you should be able to register.  We do monitor the “accounts” email, but not as closely as the forum.  Any future problems the best email to use is help@visualdatatools.com.  Once you have DataGraph up and running there is a link under the Help menu.

        In any case, sorry for the trouble.  Hopefully you will be up and running soon!
