I could not find a Customer Service channel so I tried the accounts@visualdatatools.com to ask for help, and have not get any. My problem persists so I am now using the technical support service channel to share my problem and hopefully to get some help.
I recently extended my license but I can not register DataGraph in my machine. I get a message that says “there is no license left for my account.” Please tell me what I need to do to be able to start making charts.
