      Hello,

Not a big deal, just to let you know. It seems that something is not correctly updated or something like that.

I use the pivot command to draw a graph. Then I click to “extract all pivot rows”, it seems to work but the resulting columns are empty. If I undo this, close and re-open the file, it works. It also works if I use the pivot it after copy-pasting the data into a new file.

Hi – Thank you for reporting this issue.  It sounds like a refresh bug.

We are not seeing the same issue, but the Pivot command has a lot of different options.  Could you email us your file help”at”visualdatatools.com, or send a screenshot so we can see how the command is set up.

The bug is not there any more, although I haven’t changed anything. I went back “upstream” in my workflow (flattening the data, adding some new columns, all the steps until the pivot command) but everything went fine. Yet it happened several times. Sorry for this useless bug report!
