Horizontal line divider in Legend+ (or Legend) command

Hi,

I have a feature request.  I was wondering if it is possible to have a horizontal line divider in the Legend command.  Here is my use case; I want to be able to add a horizontal line between legend title and legend content.  I don’t want to use text command since aligning them exactly is a pain.  Right now I use \uline{} with bunch of space (based on eye balling) to achieve this, which is not a very robust way.
