Hi, how to define the size of the axis box instead of layout?

Do you mean you want the axis box the same between graphs, like these …
If so, use a combination of the size and the margins…
Once you set the margins for one graph you can easily apply them to other graphs …
FYI – Just uploaded an article that you might find helpful on how you can separate the graph window – this will give you more room for modifying the layout …
