Change the scale

How can I change the scale for an individual plot without affecting the other ones? For example I want to change the Y axis scale for the other colours plot without affecting the red plot.

Do you mean where you have two scales?

If so, you can add a second axis and move the other three commands to that axis. (Split-y).
