Can you explain a bit more what you mean by alignment?

Perhaps the alignment of the grid lines to the tick marks?  By default, the grid lines will align with the left axis.

But if you adjust the axis range, you can get them to align.

We did this by using the Axis settings and adding “0′ to the ‘Include’ on the left, main axis. Then, we included “40” on the right, joined axis.

Please let us know if this is what you meant or if there is another option you are interested in.
