Assign colour scheme to error bars?

Perhaps maybe more appropriate as a feature request, but in case there’s a way to do this, I’d like to be able to automatically colour error bars according to the same scheme assigned to the data points to which the error bars are attached. In the past I have done this manually by creating a separate points command for each group via masking, and manually adding the colour to each group. This works fine, but negates the point of the colour schemes, and is very tedious for many many groups.

There is a way to do this using the Connect command that I think would be much easier, and uses the color scheme.

We just uploaded an example file you can access in DataGraph (File/Online Examples).

The file has one color scheme that is used for the points and the lines.

The approach here is to layer the Points and Connect commands.

In the Connect command, you draw the line segments and add End caps.

Yep great solution – thanks a heap. I guess it adds a bit more effort to calculate start/end, but this is minimal enough!
