I wouldn’t have thought it be too difficult e.g. two nested group example
-Group1
—-data_x
—-data_y
—-Group2
——–data_x2
——–data_y2
-data_x3 (no group)
-data_y3 (no group)
The CSV file could be something like this
Group1, Group1, Group1, Group1, <blank> ,<blank>
<blank>,<blank>, Group2, Group2, <blank>,<blank>
data_x, data_y, data_x2, data_y2, data_x3, data_x3
Immediately you can see that data_x&y belong to Group1, data_x2&y2 to Group2 and Group1 and data_x3&y3 to neither.
