Is it possible to calculate FWHM? It is really essential to me..

It is just 2 sqrt(2 ln2) sigma, where sigma is the standard deviation…

Thanks! But I am a bit confused. So how should I get the FWHM from the second peak in this example (x value 8-9)? ftc_16

In the Beta version, there is a Peaks option in the Fit command.

From this you can extract, the standard deviations for the Peaks into a column.

            Peaks1

Then you could use an Expression to calculate from the deviation.

            Peaks2

This calculation assumes a normal distortion, so for the spectrum you showed you would want a smooth baseline.

            Does that help?

You can also email us this data to the help email and we can try smoothing the baseline.
