Thank you so much. It works now. Only I have no idea for the operation “change number column to text column” and also the used “10 up arrow” to order the bars in the graph.

If we can adjust the order of text in the text set variable and show it in the canvas directly?

For the first problem, the file format is .xlsx, when I try to use .csv format, no error occurs.

It doesn’t work. Neither increasing nor decreasing. The only way I can achieve the desired order is setting Map columns: Specific-Name1, Name2. That means I cannot use the mask although it is not convenient. Besides, if only part of values more than the values in another column, the increasing or decreasing seems disabled. I means the best way is enable to adjust the order in the text set and shows the graph correspondingly.

Thanks a lot for your reply.

I tried it. The version of system is Win 10, and the powerpoint is Office 2016. For Copy Figure, no transparency shows in PC’s powerpoint. For the bitmap, it shows the color, but the resolution is not good. I would like to export to tiff file with high dpi resolution and import to powerpoint file. It is not convenience. I regarded this as a bug, but now I have a little understand for this problem.

I got an idea to achieve it, create 2 column as the location and labels, but I think it is not convenient way, and I hope you can add a new function for using a column as x axis of bars command.

It doesn’t work. The x axis shows the row numbers, not the number from specific column.

The default x axis is the number of rows, I don’t want to use it as x axis.
