Show values of the individual bars directly

Hello all
Is there a possibility to display the effective values for each bar directly (inside, at the beginning, at the end, outside)?
for understanding a picture how it should look like

The BARS command permits you to specify the location of each bar’s value at the following four locations: Start, Middle, Top, End.

The BAR command does not have this specific control, but I would imagine that someone here knows how to do it if it is possible.  To get a side-by-side BARS plot, use the Width and Offset commands on each set of bars to align them as you would like.

May I suggest you flattening the database using the specific command in DG,  then plotting a pivot graph which allows like the BAR command to display values at various places within or next to the bars.
