      Hello,

      The license has been removed by the latest version. To send an email for a code is impossible. To download the software from the App Store: the software can not be installed. Nothing works. Is it possible to provide a version of the software that can be installed? Is it possible to get a new license code?

            If you are a Mac App Store license holder using our beta version, you are being asked to revalidate your license. Download DataGraph from the Mac App Store to revalidate. Then you should be able to use the DataGraph release version or the beta from our website again.

            Unfortunately, the Mac App Store was down for some users this morning, but we have reports that it is now working.

            If you continue to have any license issues, please email “help at visualdatatools.com”.

              Several users have reported receiving an error from the Mac App Store, with a message asking them to try again later.

              If you see this message, the problem seems to be an application called “DataGraph” is already in the applications folder.

              To resolve this issue, please remove or rename the version of DataGraph you downloaded from our website in the applications folder.

              Then try again to download it from the Mac app store.

                Rename is not enough. It must be removed, even with a renaming (at least this was the case for me)

                  Second the rename is not enough. Delete and then the App Store can install.
