This can be done using the Canvas settings to Split the Y axis and then Join together.

We updated the example files to contain a file with instructions called “Create a Double Axis”. You will see when you open DataGraph.

Yes, the x-axis range is based on the min and max across all the data in the graph. So you should not have a problem.  Here is an example with different range for the x data.
