Replace / Update data

I am down to my last hour of eval time and I’ve missed something fundamental…  I need to replace the current data set with a fresh one and have all the graphs update.  I can’t figure out how to do this!

Scenario: I have a bunch of pivot graphs built illustrating how collateral material has been used.  The data set is for a fiscal quarter and comes from an excel download.  Having built the graphs and exported them, I now want to generate a new set from data for the next fiscal quarter.  This is in a fresh excel file, same format as the first.  How do I do this?

I’ve tried a few things, read the manual, searched the forum… no dice. This has to be possible (and quick & easy) right?

If this format is exactly the same and you have the data in a group, then you can drag and drop the new file directly onto the group to replace all the data.

You can also highlight the columns with the data and copy and paste the new data into those columns.
