License issue

      Not sure if this is the correct place for this, but I emailed accounts over a week ago and didn’t get a response. One of my licenses is locked to my laptop, and I had another tied to a Mac VM on my Windows 10 machine. The main reason I use the VM is to use DataGraph on my desktop. My VM crashed and I tried to revive it and test with DG. Unfortunately, that rescue failed and I finally rebuilt the VM from scratch. However, after doing that I found that my last two license spaces were now occupied by dead/non-existent machines. My question is can you clear the two useless VM licenses on my account so that I may re-license DG on my new VM. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
