Reorder likert scale response

I have a likert scale response form strongly disagree to strongly agree (5 response options).  When I create a bar chart, not surprisingly it orders them alphabetically I need them to be ordered in logical way. I thought about adding a number and a dash in front of each one of them to force them to into that order but I don’t really want the number in the dash so is there a way to re-order them on my Bar chart so that they go from strongly disagree to agree strongly or the other way?

Hi,

I suggest you use a Pivot instead of Bar Graph. Create a text column with the labels you want to allocate good order from 1st to last. Associate to the column a numerical value (the row number in this case).

Then create the Pivot as shown.
